‘Out’ Names 100 Greatest, Gayest Albums of All Time

NEW YORKChoosing the greatest and gayest albums of all time is no easy task. As it turns out, curtailing a brawl at Out magazine’s editorial headquarters isn’t either, so the magazine turned to 100 celebrities—including Boy George, Cyndi Lauper, Rufus Wainwright, John Cameron Mitchell and Lady Bunny—for their answer to a simple question: “What 10 albums changed your life?”

Out magazine’s “100 Greatest, Gayest Albums (of All Time)” resulted, containing selections as diverse as the community itself. Readers no doubt will have opinions about the selections in addition to suggestions for titles they feel should have been included. That’s why in addition to the list, Out is offering readers a chance to win the top 20 albums named by the celebrity panel. Simply leave a comment about the story stating a choice for the greatest, gayest album of all time and why that album is tops.

All entries must be posted by midnight Dec. 25. Five random entries will be selected to receive all 20 albums.
