CAMBRIDGE, Mass.—Manhunt subsidiary OnTheHunt and Next Door Entertainment have launched on both companies’ websites the first of two jointly produced scenes. A second exclusive scene featuring performers from both companies is expected to go live Jan. 27.
The first scene pairs NextDoorBuddies.com performer Christian Wilde with OnTheHunt exclusive Adam Wirthmore. The second scene, featuring Cody Cummings and Wirthmore and will debut on CodyCummings.com and OnTheHunt.com.
The partnership between the two web-based studios is part of a strategy to offer one another’s members something unusual and to cross-promote the respective brands.
“Our sites have loyal members who will appreciate the fresh and unique new content,” said Next Door President Stephan Sirard. “In addition, this type of cooperative venture exposes our models and sites to a new audience. We are very pleased to be working with another great gay partner like OnTheHunt to undertake this project.”
According to OnTheHunt webmaster Gary Blumenthal, website members appreciate the opportunity to see their favorite stars paired with other performers who usually would not appear in OnTheHunt projects.
“We are very excited to be working with Next Door Entertainment on this project,” Blumenthal said. “It gives us a chance to expose our members to the Next Door Entertainment sites while at the same time giving our members a chance to see one of their favorite models perform with Next Door Entertainment stars.”
Added Sirard, “What also makes this project unique is that we have done something completely different in the way that the scenes have been shot and edited. While all of the original footage for each scene was done in one shoot, it was left to the editors at Next Door Entertainment and OnTheHunt, to create their own unique versions of each scene. That means that members on each site will not see the exact same scene.”
