SAN FRANCISCO, CA — When NakedSword asked Christian Wilde to bottom for its Golden Gate series, the tattooed NakedSword exclusive was hesitant. He needn’t have been — after the scene was over, he wrote a glowing review on his blog. So when NakedSword Originals asked him if there were any other fantasies they could help him live out, the answer was an enthusiastic yes.
This week, NakedSword has begun releasing Into the Wilde, a four-episode series where Christian tries out the things he’s always thought about, but never acted on. For a porn star as creative as Wilde, that meant some pretty inventive stuff.
“I like sex more when it’s daring and maybe even a little risky,” says Wilde. “There is a certain satisfaction when you let yourself go and abandon your inhibitions." For Christian, risk-taking NakedSword was the perfect studio to help carry it out.
“We don’t do anything by formula,” says Tim Valenti, President of NakedSword. “I can’t imagine shooting things in the same bedroom week after week. We like causing trouble and spicing things up.”
Take the series debut where, per Wilde’s request, NakedSword flies in Brandon Jones for an afternoon in San Francisco. But rather than a lazy tour of the city, Wilde loads Jones into the back of a van for a steamy sex scene in full view of the city’s landmarks, culminating in a double cum-shot on the Golden Gate Bridge.
If it makes headlines in the local papers, NakedSword won’t be surprised. The company has become a cheerleader for a sexually libertine San Francisco that sometimes seems to be drowned out by the flood of the latest apps from Silicon Valley. Last month, NakedSword shot a pro-nudity protest in the Castro — a commentary on Supervisor Scott Wiener’s campaign to make the area more family friendly. And in March, Valenti scolded critics in Australia who banned the company’s independent film, I Want Your Love.
Into the Wilde is the company’s latest volley for sexual freedom. And for the next month, viewers will get to explore the mind of a star who once identified as “straight.” (Wilde now admits it’s more complicated.)
“When we signed Christian as an exclusive last summer, we saw it as the opportunity to take him on a journey and shoot him in a way that no one else has before,” says Valenti. “Into the Wilde gives viewers the opportunity to see inside the mind of one of the sexiest and most engaging stars in the business.”
