PALM SPRINGS, Calif. - Adult video director and author Mike Donner has scheduled a West Coast book tour to promote his self-published how-to book, How to be a Gay Porn Star.
In addition to autographing the tome, Donner said he will lead a live scene demonstration and conduct question-and-answer sessions at each stop. Performers Dean Phoenix, Brent Corrigan, Jason Crew and Brant Moore will appear in person with Donner, he said, although not all of the stars will appear at all locations.
Stops on the tour include Just Fabulous in Palm Springs, Calif., from 1-4 p.m. Feb. 7; Obelisk Bookstore in San Diego, Calif., from 7-9 p.m. Feb. 13; A Different Light bookstore in West Hollywood, Calif., from 7:30-9 p.m. Feb. 14; and A Different Light in San Francisco from 7:30-9 p.m. Feb. 17.
A 19-year veteran of the gay adult entertainment industry, Donner has written and/or directed more than 200 gay and bisexual videos. His films have received 58 industry award nominations and won 22.
