NEW YORK—Satyr Films has granted Euro Media Distribution an exclusive contract to distribute the gay adult studio’s entire catalog of self-described “real and candid sex between men” DVDs.
“We see the Satyr line as an excellent addition to our slate of films,” said Euro Media Product Manager Hugo Harley. “In the DVD marketplace, their style and covers are instantly recognizable. We feel we can help them expand into additional markets. Their movies have become staples that every buyer wants to offer their customers.”
Satyr executive producer Chad Ryan and Nick Cutts said they built their studio to reflect “the primal and insatiable sexual urge in men.” Named for a mythological creature, Satyr Films takes pride in pushing the envelope with every release, the men said. The studio’s freshman release, Bareback Pornstar Gangbang, showcased Alan Gregory taking on a group of ravenous men. Subsequent releases explored several niches, including gay-for-pay, fisting, enemas and toys.
