CHICAGO—Reality television comes to Bear Party Dec. 12, when the monthly event puts on its holiday clothes and livens up Chicago for a Hollywood film crew.
To be hosted at Jackhammer on Clark Street in Chicago, the party will feature free beer until the keg is empty, food by Lumpy’s Catering, stand-up comedy, strippers, contests and prizes. Doors open at 8 p.m.; cover charge is $10 at the door.
BearParty Magazine, sister company to event organizer Bear Party Productions, also will host a cover model search during the festivities.
Bear Party Productions plans, promotes and produces community events, campaigns, and publications for bears and bear lovers, in support of nonprofit organizations working in and around the bear community. Beneficiaries have included Magnet San Francisco, the Stop AIDS Project and others.
