CHARLOTTE, NC—The exclusive streaming deal San Francisco-based Treasure Island Media signed with web-based video-on-demand provider AEBN last August has expanded to include the studio’s entire catalog of bareback gay adult content. According to the companies, the deal represents the first time many of TIM’s titles will be available in high-definition streaming format online.
TIM specializes in documentary-style gay bareback videos. Founded in 1998 by Paul Morris, the studio has become synonymous with some of the most controversial and provocative filmmaking in the gay porn world.
“This is a very exciting step in our continued partnership,” said AEBN’s Chris Baker, who has been working with TIM since the studio’s first title went live in AEBN’s worldwide virtual theaters. “Treasure Island Media’s content continues to perform amazingly with our customers, and every new film is better than the last.”
TIM General Manager Matt Mason said the studio is equally excited.
“We’re always looking for ways to make our videos more accessible and enticing to our fans, as well as reaching out to new ones,” he said. “Video on demand is a great way to do that, and we’re thrilled to have joined forces with AEBN, especially for the high-def release of our titles.”
Bone Deep and Animals were among the first TIM titles to go live in HD on AEBN. July will see the launch of The 1,000 Load Fuck, which also will be available in HD.
