CHATSWORTH, Calif.—Retired performer Zoe Parker died in her sleep sometime between Friday night and early Saturday morning in her Texas home. She was 24.
The cause of Parker's death was not known at press time, however sources close to the situation confirmed the details to AVN contained in a GoFundMe page set up Saturday evening by Parker's fiancé Jay Campbell to help cover her funeral expenses.
"We are sad to report that Zoe Parker passed away in her sleep last night," the GoFundMe page reads. "She was only 24.
"After leaving the adult industry, Zoe Parker moved back home to Texas to be near her family and worked hard to get clean and improve her life," it continues. "She had started doing great and recently announced her engagement and by all accounts seemed truly happy for the first time in her life."
Parker entered adult in 2014 with scenes for Desperate Pleasures and Bang Bros, but wouldn't move to Los Angeles and pursue it full time until 2016. She would go on to rack up over 100 credits for studios including Evil Angel, Team Skeet, Zero Tolerance Entertainment, Adam & Eve Pictures, Girlfriends Films, Mofos, Filly Films and more, as well as earn a 2017 AVN Awards nomination for Best Virtual Reality Sex Scene (VRBangers' "Valentine's Day Surprise") before leaving the business in 2018.
