LAS VEGAS — World Wrestling Federation Hall of Famer Rikishi will be signing autographs at the Free Speech Coalition booth at AVN in Las Vegas, in an effort to help draw consumer attention to the rights of the adult entertainment industry.
“We are proud to have Rikishi join performers and others at our booth during the AVN Show,” said Eric Paul Leue, Executive Director of the Free Speech Coalition. “While it may seem an unusual pairing at first, there is tremendous consumer overlap between fans of the adult industry, and fans of professional wrestling. When Rikishi offered to help bring his fans to the FSC booth to engage them in the fight, we jumped at the chance.”
Rikishi, also known as Fatu and “the Big Booty Badman,” is a Samoan American professional wrestler who has worked as an entertainer and athlete for over 30 years. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2015.
“As a fellow member of the entertainment industry, I understand the unique role that the Free Speech Coalition plays in preserving the rights of performers, producers, and consumers,” said Rikishi. “I’ve attended the awards in past years, and followed the battles the FSC has waged. This is a chance for me to give back.”
Rikishi will join Julia Ann, Buck Angel, Stefani Special, Karla Lane, Tori Mayes and Siouxsie Q at the AVN booth.
