LOS ANGELES - Vivid-Alt will celebrate the release of director Eon McKai’s Debbie Loves Dallas this Friday, Oct. 5 at the Dragonfly (6510 Santa Monica Blvd., Hollywood, CA) as part of Miss Kitty's Diskotek and Cabaret.
Hostesses Dana DeArmond and Charlotte Stokely will be available with other cast members for photos and autographs throughout the night.
Doors open at 9 p.m. The party is open to the public (21+ with valid ID) with $10 cover price. For free admission, RSVP to [email protected] before 4 p.m. on Friday.
Giveaways from Vivid-Alt and Miss Kitty's will take place throughout the night.
“For those who remember the Neu Wave Hookers party I did there which was epic, this will top that one,” McKai told AVN. “Miss Kitty's is the type of place where things just happen, if you know what I mean. It’s the perfect place to meet all those in involved with the Vivid-Alt movement…and there’ll be closed off area in back where you can watch the movie.
“It's important that industry members RSVP to get on the list to get in, because once the night starts at Miss Kittys we can't stop it to get you past the door.”
Debbie Loves Dallas is an “alt-porn” version of the '70s adult film classic Debbie Does Dallas. The plot centers on two groups of girls — one group headed by Debbie (Vivid Girl Cassidey) and the other by Bambi (played by Charlotte Stokley, in an homage to original Debbie Does Dallas actress Bambi Woods.) The groups compete to see who can sleep with Punky, leader of the band Dallas.
The movie features a separate CD soundtrack including Driver of the Year, Hank IV, All Will Fall, Popikok and All Good Funk Alliance, plus an original song and video by the movie band Dallas.
