LOS ANGELES – Director Van Styles received a mention in the February edition of Skateboarder magazine. In its featured interview, the internationally-distributed publication asked professional skateboarder Mike Carroll who his favorite actors are, to which he replied: “all of Van Styles' actors.”
“Seeing Mike Carroll drop my name in a big magazine such as Skateboarder is really cool,” Styles told AVN. “I have admired him as a skateboarder since I was twelve and as a business man since he started Girl Skateboards and Lakai Shoes. And the fact that he mentioned it out of the blue reminds me that I need to send him some more movies! But it's good to see pro skateboarders being open about their interest in porn. Some of them feel they have to be careful about that kind of thing being that their core market is kids and some parents might not approve of that.”
The 27-year-old Styles, a former professional skateboarder himself, started shooting for Video Team in 2002. He has since directed popular lines for Hustler and Vouyer Media.
Styles' latest release is a new interracial series for Vouyer called N 2 Deep starring Annette Schwarz, Dana DeArmond, Lorena Sanchez, August, Maya Hills, Aiden Starr, Alexa Benson, Charley Chase, Ginger Blaze, Jack Napier, Sean Michaels, Rico Strong, and Julius Ceazher.
Styles is currently shooting Fetish Fucks 2 for Vouyer and Young Latin Ass 5 for Hustler.
