Twistys.com has acquired the CaughtNude.com network of free sites, the company announced. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
“We are very excited about this acquisition. It isn’t every day you find a diamond in the rough,” says Shap, owner of Twistys. “The CaughtNude network of sites has been around since 2000. Their bookmark base and quality of traffic is second to none.”
As part of the deal, CaughtNude’s former owner Dameian will stay on to operate the sites, along with Twistys’ existing free sites, including Thumbzilla, BigBreastLovers, SexApe, and PicWarehouse.
“I’ve always been a huge fan of Dameian’s sites, so adding them to our portfolio and bringing him on board as part of the Twistys team is a huge score for us,” Shap says. “We’ve been in the market to expand our free site operation for some time now. Adding CaughtNude and Dameian is a perfect fit for where we are headed.”
The CaughtNude network is currently home to 10 sites. Seven new sites will be launched by the end of summer, according to Twistys. Twistys plans to acquire more free sites as opportunities arise.
