Personal appearances of adult celebrities occur all the time. In many cases they are just advertised and provided a signing table. Total X Superstore took it to the extreme and actually redesigned the entire store to highlight Tera Patrick’s appearance scheduled for Friday evening.
“We brought in a design team to coordinate her appearance,” said store manager Joe with obvious pride. “When you come in it seems like the whole store is basically Tera Patrick. She is one of out hottest sellers and it is an honor and pleasure to welcome her to our superstore.”
A special signing area is set up with roses and other flowers and Patrick will be surrounded by 83 different “Tera Patrick items” available which range from her line of sex toys and handcuffs to even lingerie of the same type worn in many of her screen appearances. They also have a full stock of every available Tera Patrick DVD.
“She is the first star we have brought in and this will be quite an event,” added the manager.
While in town, Patrick is also feature dancing and she packed the house on Thursday for the opening night of her dancing tour promoting herself and her current No. 1 hit on AVN's weekly Retail Buzz chart, Teradise Island.
It was nearly standing room only when Patrick hit the boards at Diamonds Cabaret, a plush BYOB, member-only nude club in an affluent suburb of Dayton, Ohio. Afterward, the line for Polaroids and autographed merchandise continued until time for her second stage appearance. She will appear here with two shows nightly through Saturday.
It was also learned that Patrick will soon be unleashing a new complete Web site called teramania.com – details of which will be announced in the coming weeks.
