Topco Creates New Warranty Program

Topco Sales has announced a new warranty program for customers who register their recently purchased electronic novelties online at www.usaplasticsinc.com.

"Topco Sales has always been committed to providing excellent customer service, and offering product registration and a warranty is the easiest way for the company to ensure that great service," said Topco CEO Scott Tucker.

The thirty-day limited warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers any mechanical manufacturer defects. Customers who have recently purchased electronic novelties from Topco Sales can log onto the website and enter their information into an electronic form. Topco Sales will use this information to replace damaged or defective items quickly and efficiently.

"Product registration is a fairly new part of the adult novelty industry, but consumers have gotten a lot savvier, so Topco Sales has decided to set the bar higher when it comes to quality control," said Tucker.

The USA Plastics site was officially launched on Jan. 15 and includes a FAQ section allowing users to quickly address product questions or concerns. The new warranty program does not apply to products purchased outside the United States or in Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Kansas, Kentucky, Alabama or Tennessee.
