TMZ: Prejean Sex Tape Cost Model Her Lawsuit Settlement Money

LOS ANGELES—TMZ is reporting that Carrie Prejean—the former Miss California who has been in a bitter feud (complete with competing lawsuits) with Miss California USA pageant organizers almost from the moment Perez Hilton opened his big mouth on the air asking her what she thinks about gay marriage—has made a sex tape.

But of course she has. The world would almost be a sane place if she did not have explicit footage floating around out there. Not to worry, though. In what must have been a jaw-dropping moment one only sees in the movies, a pageant lawyer reportedly produced the tape during settlement negotiations, leading to an immediate cessation of said negotiations.

“The video the lawyer showed Carrie is extremely graphic and has never been released publicly,” the gossip site reports. “We know that, because TMZ obtained the video months ago but decided not to post it because it was so racy. Let's just say, Carrie has a promising solo career.

“We're told it took about 15 seconds for Carrie, who had alleged religious discrimination by the pageant, to jettison her demand and essentially walk away with nothing,” the report continues. “As we first reported, the Pageant is paying around $100,000 to her lawyers and publicist—a fraction of her bills. She pockets nothing in the settlement.”

Ouch. Simply, ouch.
