For the second year in a row TLA Video has signed on as sponsor of the popular GAYVN Lounge in the GAYVN Expo section of the Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas. The Lounge, the central area of the GAYVN Expo, provides a relaxed space for mixing, conversation, and autograph signing.
"The first year was a huge success for us, and we were thrilled to take it on again," said Erik Schut, Managing Editor of the Gay Adult Division for TLA Entertainment Group. "The whole idea of the GAYVN lounge is to provide a professional, non-partisan, and welcoming atmosphere for all gay adult content providers — studios, director, producers, webmasters, etc. — to come and mingle.
"Meeting new people as well as reestablishing older relationships is key to this business," Schut continued, "and the fact that TLA can act as a 'welcome wagon,' if you will, is something we're keen on. Of course it's great for my company to do business there — we are the number one retailer of gay adult in the U.S. — but if I can introduce people to each other there, all the better. I've always firmly believed that when everyone does well, it lifts the whole industry up."
In addition to its sponsorship of and presence in the GAYVN Lounge, TLA Video will also have a huge booth (#1077) in the "straight" exhibition area of the AEE. This booth presence is to rep TLAVideo.com and TLAOnDemand.com, as well as the gay adult Mercury Releasing and Jackrabbit Releasing lines of films. TLA promises "great giveaways as well as a fantastic Grand Prize gift that will be announced soon."
