VAN NUYS, Calif. - There's more than one angle to Multisex, the new film from French director Fred Coppula, shot especially for DVD - in fact, there are five of them.
And if you don't believe us, you can take it from Blue One's David Chryso: Multisex is going to be shown on five television channels at once in June, letting a viewer zap from channel to channel to see the same scenes from different views.
"(It) totals three angles, plus the 'making of' and a special channel with the four other at the same time," he says. At the end, Chryso says, the entire seven uncut scenes will be shown that way. It'll be shown on the Kiosque pay-per-view television network.
The film features Sylvia Saint, Daniella Rush, Estelle Desange, K Sandra, Oceane, Lou Valmont, Kate More, and six others in seven sexual fantasy scenes without dialogue. Its DVD release is set for June as well.
"There's no story to it, it's just the scenes," Chryso says. Orgy, nurse, secretary, top model, stewardess, and S/M scenarios are included. He could not recall the seventh scene when he spoke to AVN On The Net.
Coppula deployed a technique now used in televising Formula One auto racing but not yet attempted for porn filmmaking. "He shot one scene with seven cameras rolling," Chryso says, "and he would keep three or four angles and the 'making of' backstage (sequence). The idea is to shoot the scenes uncut; each scene lasts nine minutes, non-stop, and you'll see three angles on the DVD, plus the backstage story, but five angles on television."
