Speakers Lineup Announced for Unprecedented Internext Seminar

As last-minute preparations are being finalized for the upcoming Internext Expo Show from Jan. 15-17 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, show management has announced the confirmation of speakers for the most comprehensive education program in show history.

The program, Business Building Blocks, will feature a mix of the industry’s elite, the top legal minds in the world, as well as several participants from outside the adult industry.

Business Building Blocks will kick off with a keynote address by Playboy Executive Vice President and Adult.com founder Joe Lakey. Immediately following the keynote will be a special session: Industry Legends Address the Future of the Adult Entertainment, featuring VS Media’s Greg Clayman, HotMovies’ Richard Cohen, GEC Media and iGallery founder Greg Dumas, Vivid Entertainment’s Steven Hirsch, and SilverCash’s Mike Price. AVN Media Network founder Paul Fishbein will moderate the session.

Also speaking at this year’s expo will be Cable Entertainment Distribution founder Marc Bruder, who joins the Digital Licensing seminar; AEBN President Scott Coffman, who will appear on the Traffic Patterns seminar; Secure Path Technology’s Chad Knowles and David Benson, who will join ASACP representatives on the Protecting Children, Protecting Yourself class; former Yahoo! rep Dustin Suchter, who will sit on the Search Engine Secrets seminar; domain king Rick Schwartz, who will participate in the Monetizing Domains seminar; Playboy’s Katie Smith, who will present the Metric and Analytical Marketing workshop; and attorneys Larry Walters and Jennifer Kinsley, who are playing major roles in pivotal adult industry cases, will join The War on Porn class.

“We feel our lineup of panelists and presenters for this show’s Business Building Blocks series is second to none,” said MJ McMahon, associate publisher of AVN Online. “The wealth of information that will be disseminated and the star power at Internext Las Vegas is unprecedented.”

Business Building Blocks will feature three tracks—seminars, workshops, and classes—each in two-hour blocks.

“This year, we really challenged ourselves to go above and beyond and surpass everyone’s expectations about what the education component should be at Internext,” said Phi LeQuoc, marketing manager at AVN Media Network. “So, instead of just the seminar series, we’ve also included intensive workshops and classroom sessions.”
