Tucson-based Sinergy Films, a new company founded by former Fantasy Media Group partner Ike Garbo, has signed Andre Adair to direct, film, and edit five videos in the coming year.
Adair, best known as a videographer, has shot for many major studios including Big Blue Productions, Falcon Studios, Lucas Entertainment, and Rascal Video. He also was director and videographer for four All Worlds features and 10 movies for L.A. Brown, a production company he co-founded in 1999 that specialized in West Coast Latin men.
Based on Stud Spa and Solo Spa 1-2, movies Adair directed and shot for Fantasy Media, Garbo tapped him for Sinergy's first title, BoneSucker, which will be released in July. The movie stars Carlos Morales, Arpad Miklos, and Kent Larson.
Sinergy plans to release five to eight videos a year. Adair's next projects will be the first volume of a Sinergy solo line and GTV, a feature.
