Shocker: Bride Learns Fiance is 'Secret Porn Star'

LONDON — It's a tabloid headline if there ever was one: "My fiancé's a secret porn star.” A British bride made that discovery just prior to her wedding and called the whole thing off.

According to UK newspaper The Telegraph, Haylie Hocking, 27, canceled her church wedding and a fancy country house reception after discovering her fiancé, Jason Brake, 30, has made porn films.

Brake, reportedly a buff, studly, gym-going type, even shot sex scenes just weeks before the wedding. When one of Hocking's friends was planning her "hen night" — the UK version of a bachelorette party — she was online looking for a male stripper and stumbled upon fiancé Brake in full porn action with another woman.

When Brake was called out on the porn work, he admitted everything.

"There was no way I could marry an adult film star," Hocking said, calling her vicar to cancel the wedding. "I don't know if I will ever be able to trust a man again."

The Telegraph said the couple met last year at the garage where Hocking worked. Brake came in as a customer and told her he worked as a personal trainer. After six months of dating, they moved in together.

Hocking said Brake was romantic, bringing her flowers and jewelry, and she called him a "passionate lover." During their eighth month together, he proposed and bought her a diamond ring.

Brake would routinely go out of town on weekends and said he was training clients when he was really making adult films, which was a side job.

"I am sorry and did not want to hurt her. I still love Haylie and would have stopped doing porn if she had asked me to," said Brake, who told the Brit paper he planned to be more honest in future relationships.

"The sex side is purely for the camera, but Haylie did not understand I was only acting," he said.

Sorry, son — a lot of women outside the industry don't see it that way.
