NEW YORK—Shauna Sand will be in New York City tonight to celebrate her decision to let Vivid Entertainment distribute her personal sex video Shauna Sand Exposed at Rick’s Cabaret in midtown.
The actress and model and former Playboy Playmate recently filmed a new reality show for German TV, did a photo shoot for a French magazine and made a personal appearance at Harrah’s in Atlantic City.
She established her loyal fan base when she was a Playboy model in 1996 and her fans still follow her exploits.
“It’s amazing how the same fans are still with me. They make me feel great and it’s as if I posed for Playboy only a few years ago instead of over a decade,” said Sand, who was formerly married to actor Lorenzo Lamas. “Their support and recognition has enabled me to work consistently and successfully in the U.S. and abroad over the years.
“All donations we get at my party will immediately go to help earthquake victims in Haiti. This party was scheduled before the Haiti tragedy but we all feel we should do what we can to help this cause.”
Sand will meet and greet her new fans, pose for snapshots and sign complimentary DVD copies of her movie from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rick’s Cabaret located at 50 W. 33rd St. between Fifth Avenue and Broadway. There will be an open bar and free hors d’oeuvres from 6 to 7 p.m.
