The Sex Therapist 5 follows the story of Melissa (Stratton), a therapist in training working under the guidance of a psychotherapist (Pierce), who as it turns out takes more than just a clinical interest in some of his patients. Caitlin and her husband Ryan (Bell and McLane) have come to seek a remedy for their dull sex life, but Melissa is suspicious that the doctor and Caitlin are secretly having an affair. During her investigation, Melissa discovers that she’s falling for Ryan, further complicating matters.
