DURBAN, S. Africa - Increasingly popular adult convention Sexpo is expanding again, scheduled to run Feb. 7-10, 2008 in Durban, on the heels of its successful debut in Johannesburg.
Having attracted over 100 exhibitors so far, Sexpo Durban will feature Miss Nude Australia Arianna Starr as mistress of ceremonies, plus the works of "penile artist" Pricasso and appearances by a number of internationally known adult stars.
"South Africans have revealed their naughty natures. Sexpo Durbs is all about fun and experiencing life's naughty side, escaping from the rat race for a few hours to indulge," said Silas Howarth, a represenatative from event organizer Expo Works.
Sexpo Joburg atttracted more than 16,000 visitors and reported sales of an estimated 7,000 adult videos and 10,000 toys. Starr alone signed more than 4,000 autographs. The majority of visitors were couples of all sexual preferences between the ages of 25 and 39.
