LOS ANGELES—The plot of Psycho Teens 15 is pretty simple: Veteran actor/director Rocco Siffredi puts young, willing vixens in crazy situations to create erotic encounters, and his sexy, international performers (four in their very first scenes) make it clear that insatiable lust can lead to real insanity.

Siffredi said he considers this 15th edition among his favorites in the long-running, successful series. “We have one of the best casts for Psycho Teens ever,” Siffredi assessed, continuing with a description of his starlets:
“The first scene starts with Alya Stark, incredibly beautiful Russian girl and very spontaneous, along with Sofi Smile and Mia Split in a dancer’s scene. All those three girls had just arrived from Russia, and this was the first scene for all of them.” Ballerinas Smile and Split engage in a lesbian tryst. Mike Angelo catches them in the act, instigating an anal ménage-à-trois. Then brunette Stark sneaks off with Martin Spell for some kinky psycho sex of her own.
