ServePath Launches Streaming Media Solutions Company, UpStream Networks

ServePath, a dedicated-server hosting specialist, has spun off of a new company, UpStream Networks.

Specializing in providing customized content delivery solutions, UpStream Networks offers streaming technology while leveraging ServePath’s fast network and other managed services.

With solutions designed to meet each customer’s individual needs, UpStream Networks is targeting small- and medium-sized businesses that want to add streaming functionality to their websites. When combined with ServePath’s dedicated server hosting, customers get a cost-effective solution, making it a one-stop shop for content delivery and hosting needs.

UpStream Networks is focused on providing on-demand and live Windows Media streaming services. A Microsoft Certified Partner, the company’s streaming solutions are based on the latest version of the Windows Media Services platform. UpStream Networks also offers unmetered bandwidth options for clients with high-capacity streaming requirements.

UpStream Networks also provides live streaming, MPEG-4 streaming, dedicated streaming servers, content delivery network, encoding, managed dedicated servers, and collocation.
