SYDNEY - Digital Playground CEO Samantha Lewis has joined the board of directors for the Adult Industry Copyright Organization, the Australian trade group dedicated to fighting video piracy.
"Samantha Lewis and Digital Playground are great supporters of the fight against adult film piracy," said AICO Exectuive Officer Graeme Dunne. "Samantha's expertise and standing within the global adult industry is of great benefit to AICO. There's a sweet irony in the producer of Pirates and Pirates II leading the fight against adult film pirates."
Lewis joins Todd Blatt of Antigua Pictures and Malcolm Day of AdultShop.com on the AICO board. She fills the seat recently vacated by AICO founding director Fiona Patten, who left to focus on her lobbying efforts with Australia's Eros Association.
