A new production and distribution company called Renegade Releasing will be launched at the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo this week in Las Vegas.
Angelique along with her brother and national sales manager, Johnny Saxx, both of Renegade Releasing, are extremely excited about the companies’ future.
“We know that high definition is the future of adult films, and so we’ll be shooting and editing in high definition,” Angelique told AVN.com.
Renegade Releasing will do both hard and soft versions of international and national releases, and look to put out a number of films in 2006.
Angelique went on to say that “since Renegade is such a new company we won’t have a booth presence at this year’s show, but we will be having a meet and greet and cocktail party on Thursday for most of the day. It will be in room 2401 A & B in the Venetian, and there will be an open bar. The trailors for our upcoming films look fantastic and we’d love to show them off.”
Renegade Releasing is also considering using Angel Pictures contract star, and Pamela Anderson look-a-like, Pamela Sandersin in one of Renegade Releasing’s first films. “We want to do everything perfectly for this new company, and we’re in talks right now with Sandersin to do something big.”
Renegade Releasing has already shot a few titles: Hotel Costa Rica, Paradise Party Girls, Ass Pirates of the Carribean and some Eastern European titles as well.
Angelique went on to say that Renegade Releasing will be auditioning for new and existing talent in the Los Angeles area.
“We’re looking for both male and female talent,” Angelique said, “we just want to see good chemistry.”
Angelique and Johnny Saxx will be in rooms 2401 A & B of the Venetian Hotel, Las Vegas, for an industry meet and greet, 9 a.m.-2 p.m., and then they will host a cocktail party in the same rooms from 2 p.m.-7 p.m. There will be an open bar from 2-7.
