Red Light District Signs Agreement with Pulse Distribution

Red Light District today announced it has signed an exclusive worldwide retail distribution agreement for its DVDs with Pulse Distribution. The agreement includes all Red Light District brands, including Platinum X, The Candy Shop and Amateur District.

The relationship takes effect May 1, at which time Red Light District's retail distribution staff will move to Pulse from its current Nordhoff location. Red Light District's other business operations, including production and PR, will remain at the company's Nordhoff office.

"We've been able to structure a relationship with Pulse which gives Red Light District the best of both worlds" said David Joseph, owner of Red Light District. "We will be keeping all our key sales and warehouse personnel in place, but will also benefit from Pulse's experience and growing presence in the adult retail marketplace. To be teamed alongside such brands as Vivid Video and Falcon Studios within the Pulse lineup of studios will work to everyone's advantage, and most importantly it will be in the best interests of our customers."

Pulse owners Jim Kohls and Mark Hamilton were equally excited with the partnership. Kohls remarked, "Red Light District has become synonymous with consistent, high-quality movies since it started, and we consider ourselves very fortunate to be associated with such a great brand leader in the adult industry."

"We're delighted to have this opportunity to work with Red Light" Hamilton added. "In only a few short years they have become a household name in the adult industry, and we look forward to helping Red Light become an even greater success in the years ahead."
