BARCELONA – Private Media Group begins its 2008 DVD release schedule with Teens, the first in a series of niche-oriented titles on the Private Xtreme label.
Directed by performer Toni Ribas, Teens stars Aletta, Black Angelika, Carla Cox, Lucy Belle and Trisha Brill. According to Private marketing director Giles Hirst, the movie is geared toward distribution across multiple delivery platforms.
“We are heavily targeting the genre market this year, because not only does this generate increased DVD revenues, targeting consumers who love genre movies, but the movies also fit across digital content platforms [such as] IPTV, VOD, online and wireless,” said Hirst.
Private plans to release its first bisexual movie, a European MILF series shot by Moire Candy, and a foot fetish series called At Your Feet as part of its focus on niche content in 2008.
“Now we can offer the adult consumer even more choice to buy Private content,” said Hirst. “Along with our story-driven movies and hugely successful blockbuster titles, our genre movies are filmed to Private’s superb high-quality standard.”
