Porsche Lynn and Harry Mohney Inducted Into Hustler Porn Walk

Last night's induction ceremony of Porsche Lynn and Harry Mohney was a recognition of achievements, a reunion of old friends, and a free speech rally rolled into one, as the inductees swapped tales about each other and their host Larry Flynt, sharing their history together with those who attended.

The induction ceremony took place after an hour of mingling with a crowd that included LVNI owner Serenity, Topco Sales CEO Scott Tucker, Sharon Mitchell, Layla Jade, Dennis Hof and Sunset Thomas, fellow Porn Walk of Fame member Bill Margold, and others involved in the adult industry.

Jimmy Flynt II, Dustin Flynt, Theresa Flynt, and Jimmy Flynt Sr., who is also a member of the Porn Walk of Fame, were also present to honor the inductees.

Before the induction ceremony, Sunset Thomas gave both Harry Mohney and Larry Flynt lap dances in front of a cheering crowd.

Larry Flynt gave a speech about the importance of free speech before introducing each honoree in turn, telling of Mohney’s rise from working as a projectionist at an adult theater to running 60 gentlemen’s clubs across the country, and Lynn’s career as an adult performer.

Mohney then placed his hands in the wet cement block that bore bronze plaque with his name on it, leaving his mark for posterity, before taking the microphone and gave a speech thanking Flynt for the honor.

Mohney and Flynt have known each other for more than thirty years. According to Mohney, at one point they even shared the same girlfriend, a bartender at one of Flynt’s Hustler Club in his pre-publishing days. Mohney even attempted to use the Hustler name on one of his gentleman’s clubs, though Flynt “called me on that. I figured since we were already sharing the same woman, we might as well share the same name.”

Ironically, Mohney’s Dejá Vu Consulting firm now runs the Hustler Clubs.

Mohney said that Flynt approached him about joining him when he started the magazine that launched the L.F.P. empire, but he turned him down because of an incident where Flynt shot up a bar across the street from his own establishment while enjoying a night on the town.

Then the microphone was passed to Lynn, who chose to give her speech before placing her hands in the wet cement block that bore her name

Lynn began her career in adult as dancer at one of Mohney’s establishments, seeing it as a way to pay for college. One thing led to another and eventually she headed out to Hollywood, where she met Larry Flynt for the first time.  “He said I was too classy for Hustler,” she said, noting that she never did appear in the magazine.

While Lynn gave her speech, Mohney revealed a photograph taken of her in her youth that Lynn identified as her first nude appearance.

Both inductees also took time to thank Larry Flynt for his contributions to both free speech and the adult industry.

“It is an honor to stand here and be recognized by one of the icons of the industry,” Mohney said.

Mohney and Lynn joined Marylynn Chambers, Larry Flynt, Bill Margold, Seka, Jimmy Flynt, Al Goldstein, Gloria Leonard, Herschel Savage, Sunset Thomas, Ginger Lynn and Jenna Jameson as members of the Porn Walk of Fame, which honors luminaries of the adult industry  for their achievements in adult.
