Allyson Feinman, certified nutrition counselor/certified fitness trainer/motivational coach/owner of Insight To Fitness, was on the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo show floor working with her client/Best New Starlet nominee Missy Monroe as Monroe was taking a break from signing at the JM Productions booth.
Feinman has been working with Monroe on giving the starlet more lean, firm tissue and brought Monroe a grilled chicken breast topped salad and a lowfat yogurt. Feinman measured Monroe and the two spoke about Monroe’s goals and show she is achieving them following Feinman’s plan for her.
“I offer very individualized programs for their bodies and for their training on being healthy. My whole goal is for them to know that they can get what they need and the look that they need from food. If they need to drop ten pounds, they can do that but we can do that just with food and with the right nutrition. We’ll do it the right way—and everything I suggest is realistic-- and they’ll feel good,” Feinman told AVN.com.
Asked why she wanted to reach out and add more porn stars to her client base, Feinman said, “Adult performers make their incomes off of their bodies and I am sure that anybody working in adult would want to make their bodies look and feel good as long as possible. Their bodies are their livelihoods and they need to get as much out of their bodies as they can and they need to do it the right way. Why do it the wrong way and have your career longevity cut in half?”
Monroe raved about the inches she has firmed up with Feinman saying, “She’s so nice, so smart and I would never have been able to have done what I have done without her. I’ve lost weight doing what she says and everybody is like ‘Wow! You look incredible!’ Eat right and exercise—you don’t need drugs or surgery to do what you want.”
