LOS ANGELES—One of the staples of the BurningAngel Entertainment brand has always been its nearly annual forays into comedy of the blood-soaked variety, and company co-founder Joanna Angel keeps the tradition alive with her latest entry in the canon, Satan's Cheerleaders, which just wrapped production.
Written, directed by and co-starring Angel, with cinematography by fellow AVN Hall of Famer Mike Quasar, Satan's Cheerleaders tells the tale of three devious cheerleaders who sell their souls to the devil in exchange for eternal youth. Kenzie Reeves, Kira Noir and Jane Wilde fill the principal roles, with Small Hands as Satan and Tommy Pistol as "The Warlock." Completing the cast are Kyle Mason and Alex Legend.
"It's a special movie!" Angel said. "It's hilarious, with incredible sex, laughs and gore. Kenzie, Kira and Jane exceeded my expectations in both the acting and fucking department!"
Offered Reeves, "The experience of shooting this movie was fucking crazy, no pun intended. From smoke bombs to satanic rituals to fucktastic sex, it was a chance to play a character totally different than I'm used to. I'm so happy to be a part of it!"
Previous BurningAngel horror excursions have included last year's I Know Who You Fucked Last Halloween, Cindy Queen of Hell, The Walking Dead: A Hardcore Parody, Dong of the Dead, Fuckenstein and My Killer Girlfriend.
Satan's Cheerleaders is due out on DVD in September.
