CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Nectar Entertainment has promoted Jason Heart to director of sales for Nectar and its gonzo imprint, First Strike.
"I'm really looking forward to representing the Nectar, First Strike, and now NPO (New Porn Order) lines," Heart told AVN. "I am excited to be get out there and meet everyone, put a face to my name and bring the consistent quality of the Nectar and First Strike lines to the next level."
Heart, 25, began working for the company in November 2006 as production supervisor on the award-winning Brazilian Island series and other titles.
"When I was in production, I was dealing with the buyers, and so when Craig [former director of sales] was moving on, I was offered the job," he explained. "I believe in our product, and I love what I do. I was personally involved in bringing New Porn Order on board with First Strike ...we're going to be doing a lot of promo with Craig Valentine and Summer Haze for that line. The feedback has been amazing so far."
Heart replaces previous sales head Craig, who recently moved over to Digital Playground.
