Musical 'Alive' From Dorcel, Greenwood to Debut on Adult Empire

PARIS—European production label Dorcel on Tuesday announced plans to unveil its big-budget adult musical Alive from director Ricky Greenwood August 29 exclusively on Adult Empire. The movie will be available on Dorcel Vision and other major platforms in early September.

Victoria Voxxx headlines Alive, joined in the cast by Kendra Sunderland, Queenie Sateen, Nicole Doshi, Sophia Locke, Valentina Nappi, August Skye, Ariel Demure, Chad Alva, Charles Dera, Isiah Maxwell, Cliff Jensen, Roman Todd and Dillon Diaz.

According to a provided synopsis, "As Greenwood's narrative begins, Victoria (Victoria Voxxx) dreams of becoming a country music star, but struggles with visibility. She secures her first live appearance at a roadhouse owned by Rob (Chad Alva), a former musician with a tough exterior. Though unpaid, the gig provides her with room and board. With the help of Mary (Sophia Locke), Victoria learns more about Rob’s past as a successful country star and the challenges he's facing to keep his establishment afloat. As they bond, Victoria convinces Rob to perform on stage one last time to save his struggling business. With support from Bill (Charles Dera), a former bandmate turned record label owner, Rob assembles a top-tier country music lineup, and soon the roadhouse is packed with eager fans.

"After a successful concert, Victoria reconnects with her ex and some friends," the synopsis continues. "Despite rekindling an old flame, Victoria realizes that her life has changed and that this new opportunity is her best chance for a fresh start. Although the event didn't solve all of Rob’s financial problems, Bill is so impressed with Victoria’s talent that he offers to manage her and transform the roadhouse into a hub for country music. And despite their troubled pasts, Rob and Victoria contemplate building a brighter future together."

In addition to appearing in three of the movie's five sex scenes, Voxxx composed and performed the song "Still Have to Go" in the picture, as well as co-performed the song "Forgiven" with its composer, Sateen. Alva, meanwhile, performed the song "Keep on Tryin," written by celebrated musician Gigi Bianca. The original tunes will soon be available for download and featured on an exclusive vinyl edition of the Alive soundtrack.
