Mr. Marcus will be the guest of honor and host of his birthday party and fundraiser to benefit the family of the late Jon Dough tonight at 10 at the Pearl nightclub, 665 N. Robertson Blvd. in Hollywood.
“It’s been a difficult week for everyone that knew Jon so I wanted people to come out and celebrate his life and join me at the club,” Marcus said.
Part of the proceeds from the event will go towards a fund that will benefit Dough’s family. The performer committed suicide Sunday.
The program will feature hip hop, R&B and top 40 music along with topless go-go dancers along with a number of noted industry members.
