Zero Tolerance Entertainment has signed European actor Mick Blue to an exclusive performer/director contract.
Blue, the popular Austrian performer and model, will perform and direct exclusively for Zero Tolerance through 2006, including an 11-movie directorial deal.
“Mick Blue is a tremendous talent both in front of and behind the camera, and we’re pleased to have him on the team,” Greg Alves, president of Zero Tolerance, said.
Blue proved to be one of adult's fastest rising male stars in 2004, evidenced by his multiple AVN Award nominations, including one for Male Foreign Performer of the Year. He said he wants to bring the same passion to directing.
"I want the consumer to feel like they’re in the scene, too, enjoying themselves, so I’ll include a lot of P.O.V. action," Blue said. "I’ll be shooting all around the world using the best talent out there, and the viewer will come along with me on every encounter."
Currently, Blue is putting the finishing touches on his ZT directorial debut, with a second title already in the works. He joins the ranks of ZT directors Quasarman, Chris Streams and Wendi Knight.
