LOS ANGELES—Lily Lou shined in a Valentine’s Day-themed photoshoot as the February Twistys Treat of the Month.
Wearing a pink-and-orange sheer lingerie set featuring tiny hearts, Lily posed in a luxurious bedroom with pink roses strewn across the bed. In another set, Miss Lou wore a striking pink latex body suit for a series of photos in a room decorated with light pink furniture and accents.
In her final look, Lily teased in a pinkish-red, heart-shaped mini pool in a fitting climax to her Twistys Treat spotlight.
Veteran photographer JT shot the images while Lea Lexis styled the shoot.
“It was everything I could ever dream of and more!” Lily says. “The team absolutely nailed my aesthetic and I can say with confidence that they succeeded in making me feel very well taken care of during every step of the process.”
Lily become one of the two newest contract girls for Twistys’ sister company Brazzers in October, earning her deal by winning the Brazzers House 4 competition along with Abigaiil Morris.
She said the long-running monthly honor—which was first given in August 2005—“means that hard work does eventually pay off in this industry.”
“Accolades will always come quicker to those that bend to the will of the rich and influential, but that’s something I could never bring myself to do,” adds Lily, who is represented by Hussie Models. “I hope my achievements can inspire others and reinforce the idea that performers can still be successful while upholding their own values and ethics.”
She chose a few different girls for her Twistys Treat girl/girl scene.
“All of whom I know would absolutely nail the scene,” Lily tells AVN. “In the end after taking into account everyone’s schedules Kay Lovely was chosen and I was thrilled!
“We started our mainstream journey on the same day with the same company and have been friends ever since. Plus she’s hot and a great performer. It isn’t the first time we’ve been paired together and the chemistry was amazing!”

A native of Front Royal, Va., Lily started doing adult work the day she turned 18, creating a Reddit account where she was able to sell her panties and custom videos. She dove into mainstream porn in 2021—at age 23.
Since then she has racked up more than 140 credits and shown she can go toe-to-toe with the top talent in the industry.
Lou grew up riding horses and going on adventures in the woods with her dog.
The performer once worked at an equestrian summer camp for kids in exchange for riding lessons.
