BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. – LFP has put its 20,000 square foot film studio in Canoga Park on the market for an asking price of $3.8 million.
“We are consolidating our photography and video production,” said LFP’s Kristin Spillers. “It’s still business as usual; we’re just moving everything to our Beverly Hills office.”
Built in 1979, the property has served as LFP's in-house production studio since 1994. Many of Hustler Video’s most notable productions were shot on the premises, from the late Clive McLean’s classic Barely Legal videos to recent features such as The DaVinci Load.
The property officially went up for sale last month. Drew Rosenfeld of LFP confirmed to AVN that Hustler Video's production schedule will remain the same following the sale.
