LOS ANGELES—Reigning Penthouse Pet of the Year Lacy Lennon has completed her first day of shooting as lead character Natasha Romanoff for upcoming release Black Widow XXX: An Axel Braun Parody, arriving July 9 from Wicked Pictures under its comic book banner Wicked Comix.
On stepping for the first time into the role made famous by Scarlett Johansson in Marvel's Avengers films, Lennon said, "I walked in as Lacy Lennon and within the hour I was transformed into Black Widow. I have never felt such a strong connection to a role until I got the script for Black Widow XXX. The power I felt in my suit was incredible. I say 'suit' because this is no costume, it is a suit that trumps mainstream wardrobe by a landslide.
"If anyone is an actual comic book fan then we all know what we see in the mainstream movies is a far stretch from what we all grew up on," she continued. "What Axel brings is authenticity. Putting me in the suit officially brought Black Widow to life. It's about damn time, right?"
Lennon said she was equally thrilled with the overall atmosphere of the production, reporting, "The energy on his set was high, his crew was ecstatic, and the rest of the cast was glowing. Out first location, when I walked in, made my jaw drop. I felt as if I wasn't in porn anymore. I felt like I had just flown my jet to an off-grid location ready to kick ass. It was time for pictures and suddenly it was impossible not to be Natasha Romanoff.
"They even gave me guns!" she added. "Do you know how crazy you have to be to give a redhead a gun? I took those bad boys out, made my stance, and I will say for certain: this is going to be the most epic cover for a movie that you will ever see!"
She also teased a few tidbits about her co-star Ramon Nomar, whose recently released reveal shot in the costume of Taskmaster has racked up thousands of likes on social media. "I can't share too many details, but Ramon Nomar is the Taskmaster and also one of my favorite people in the industry," Lennon offered. "He melted into that character, which honestly really turned me on. I couldn't stop staring at him all day on set with his suit and character completed."
In closing, Lennon asserted, "Black Widow XXX is the biggest highlight of my career. Axel is a genius and cares so much. It is so amazing to work for a director who actually takes the time to understand what the fans need and what they want. Black Widow XXX is going to be legendary. Prepare your screens, prepare your mind, and prepare some free time. I swear by it."
