LOS ANGELES—It's safe to say that Kylie Page did not expect to receive the Twistys Treat treatment.
The newly crowned June Twistys Treat of the Month tells AVN she had only just begun warming up in her return to studio work when she got the news.
“They totally surprised me with it,” Kylie says. “I had no idea… I had just started back shooting because I took a break for four years from shooting any professional scenes.
“So it was really something special doing the Treat of the Month shoot.”
Twistys left nothing to chance with Page’s name on the call sheet, hiring seasoned stylist/director Lea Lexis and veteran photographer JT to capture her in two different looks in downtown LA.
“The style was very feminine, kind of Parisian and the space was really cute,” Page says. “It had a lot of antique, kind of vintage stuff. It was a vintage feel with a lot of attention to detail. Lea had me in some really pretty lingerie. I definitely felt like a queen that day.”
In one look, Kylie wore a black and red lingerie set with her long blonde hair down. She also donned a black Victorian bustle cage skirt.
“Which was really interesting,” she adds. “I had never seen that used in a photoshoot before.”
Kylie slipped into sheer periwinkle lingerie with floral embellishments, with matching blue heels and a white umbrella in another set. She also posed playfully with a vintage telephone.
“Both of the looks were so pretty,” Page says. “I love that I had my hair up for the second set. That is such a cute look for me. Both sets are so over-the-top beautiful.”

When Page was considering her return to studio performing she decided to contact Brazzers—which is Twistys’ sister company—before anyone else.
“They’re the only company I want to work for right now,” Page says. “I asked if we could set up some scenes and then they told me ‘we want you to be Twistys Treat of the Month.”
Even though at press time nothing had been released yet, Page says that she already has performed in a handful of scenes for Brazzers under the direction of Lexis with JT handling the still photos.
“They’re both so awesome. I love being on set with them,” Kylie says.
Page recalls being aware of the Twistys brand when she first started her career in 2016. The first Twistys Treat of the Month was anointed in 2005, making it the longest running “of the month” title in adult.
“I knew about it then and I knew it was a pretty big deal, so it was really an honor,” Page continues. “It was such a fitting theme for me and my personality and I think I wore it very well. I’m very happy.”
The native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, says she decided to step away from adult in 2019 “for personal reasons.”
“I was so young when I moved out here. I was 19 when I started porn and I think I just needed a little bit more time to kind of grow into Kylie Page,” she says. “So I was planning my comeback for a while, but I didn’t know quite when I was going to come back to shooting professional scenes. Now I’m completely ready to pick up where I left off.”
She started conversations with the Mindgeek brass in February-March before her April return.
“I was still very apprehensive. I wanted to make sure everything was on point,” Kylie says. “Now I want to get my name back out there and be more relevant.”
Page started her OnlyFans in 2021—she had taken a break from sex work entirely for a while. Perhaps her biggest collab of 2022 was with Angela White and Emma Magnolia; she also squeezed in content with Alex Mack and Manuel Ferrara, the lucky stud who also co-starred in her first scene back with Brazzers.
“I am good friends with Manuel Ferrara and he was the person that I chose for my first scene partner back,” Kylie explains. “It was so cool because the studio room was decorated in all pink shag carpet and my outfit was this bubblegum pink latex, a little Western getup. Everything was pink except for me and Manuel.
“There was pink carpet on the walls… I said this is like a dream for me.”
Page also recorded a threeway with Scott Nails and Alex Jones and then did another threesome with Amari Anne and Bruce Venture.
“And I had requested Bruce Venture,” she says. “I wanted guys like Manuel, Keiran [Lee] and all those top guys. I don’t want to work with anyone that I don’t know is really going to be good.”
In addition, Page squared off with Queenie Sateen.
“She’s so hot,” Page says. “She was very dominant in that scene, so that was nice for me to be able to submit in the girl/girl. I think she’s really pretty and really down to earth.”
Page worked in restaurants before adult—most notably as a hostess at Twin Peaks.
When she turned 18, she started dancing at her local strip club in Tulsa, where she “started making bank and had so much fun.”
Then when she was 19, Page says, “I literally decided one day to go to California and do porn.”
“It just kind of made sense to me,” she continues. “I don’t think anyone was super surprised. I have always been a sexually free and experimental person.”
Nowadays when she isn’t working Page likes to do yoga, go to the gym and binge-watch shows on Netflix such as The Flash.
