Listeners and the porn celebs they listen to gathered in the intimate setting of Paladino’s Club Saturday night to honor the on-air talent of KSEXRadio.com.
Hosted for the second straight year by adult star and KSEX porn jockey Layla Jade, who appeared in a stunning silver gown, the 2005 KSEX Listener’s Choice Awards was a rowdy affair, with the crowd hooting and hollering at every mention of their favorite KSEX personalities.
Fifteen listener-voted awards were handed out during the evening, as well as a special award given by Adam & Eve to the most entertaining program on KSEX (won by “Tits and Asshole with Don Hollywood and Brooke Hunter”) and the Mike Rick Memorial Award, honoring KSEX’s late founder, given to Rebecca Love and Flexx.
The evening yielded a number of memorable moments, including Carmen Luvana, upon winning the award for Hottest Porn Jockey Naked, exclaiming, “This was a hard choice with so many hot bitches in here, but thanks!”

Accepting the award for Best Insight Into the Adult Business, Jason Sechrest confessed, “I didn’t even know there was such a thing as Legend Video until like six months ago, so this is so undeserved.”
Perhaps the best acceptance speech of the night came from Alana Evans, who took the award for Best Hummer on Film, yelling out, “Somebody actually gave me an award! I’ve been sucking dick in this business for six mother-fuckin’ years!”
Also providing some grand entertainment were funk bands Slapbak, who played an approximately 30-minute set in the middle of the show, and The Dazz Band, who closed the show.
The event was presented by executive sponsor Adam & Eve as well as WantedList.com, Cum Kleen, Vivid Condoms, Wet International, Doc Johnson and Topco Sales.
