Kelly Madison Productions' release of Pornfidelity 15, scheduled for July 23, is their first on Blu-ray Disc, and it will go out in that format from then on. The line is distributed by Juicy Entertainment, whose Exquisite Multimedia affiliate has already committed to day/date releases of Blu-ray and standard DVD.
Vol. 15 of the long-running series features the company's eponymous big-breasted (34FF) blonde star and her husband Ryan Madison in threeway action with Julia Ann, Audrey Bitoni, Priya Rai and Rikki Raxxx.
Madison told AVN that getting their first Blu-ray release off the ground was a "learning curve for us," but even with increased authoring costs and licensing fees, they're convinced it will be profitable.
After five years, she said the web-based company, with its kellymadison.com and pornfidelity.com sites and Kellycash.com affiliate program, has "fully evolved as a high-end DVD producer."
The sites, she added, are being redesigned and they'll also be launching some new ones, including pornstarbrides.com, which will be up soon. It exploits the "bride fetish," with hot babes in wedding gowns, and has already spawned its own DVD series. The first volume went out last month.
