Katsumi, the half-Vietnamese French performer who performs in Adult under a Japanese pseudonym, was the big winner at the 2004 International Erotic Film Festival of Barcelona, bringing home three NINFA awards – more than anyone else this year.
Katsumi shared the award for Best Lesbian Scene with Rita, for their scene in Las Reinas de la Noche. She won the Best Anal Scene NINFA for her scene in Slam it! In Deeper. Her third NINFA, for Best Actress, came for her role in Pokerwom.
New Sensations exclusive director Axel Braun picked up a Best Director NINFA for Compulsion, a 16mm film that was awarded the NINFA for Best Film.
Compulsion was made for Elegant Angel and is distributed in Spain by International Film Grup.
Ron Jeremy also picked up a NINFA, winning the Best Acting award for his role in The Magic Sex Genie.
Private Media Group’s mega-budget feature, Millionaire, won a NINFA for Best DVD.
Hustler’s Pierre Woodman was honored with a lifetime achievement award, and Rocco Siffredi won the Special Jury Award.
