Jill Kelly Productions has come up with an innovative approach to searching for talent – throwing a party.
“We wanted to have an event where all of the current JKP Girls could meet the women interested in joining us. Throwing a party seemed like the easiest and most efficient manner of doing it,” Scott Hoover, publicist for JKP told AVN.com.
JKP has a policy that gives current talent a say in who joins their roster of contract performers.
Potential JKP contract performers will be selected from a series of parties where they will mingle with Jill Kelly and current contract performers. They will be asked to perform in a scene, which they will be paid for, so that JKP can see firsthand what their potential is.
Interested women, who must be at least 18, are asked to bring a valid photo ID and their best photos with them.
Then in January 2004, at a private party in Las Vegas during the AEE expo, Jill Kelly will announce the new contract performers for her namesake adult studio.
