Jenna Jameson Hits One Million Friends on MySpace

"I can't believe it's Christmas," Jenna Jameson wrote in her holiday blog on MySpace.com. "I have always been a major Scrooge. That comes from having such a crappy childhood. It just kind of spilled over into adulthood."

As if to assuage the adult superstar's Yuletide angst, fans and friends on the popular social-networking website pushed Jameson's Myspace friends list past the one million mark. On Christmas day, friends on Jenna's official MySpace site totaled 1,002,692.

"Myspace is amazing!" Jameson exclaimed in a press release. "It is a great way to promote new projects and my appearances to fans, plus I have been able to keep up with my own friends online. I admit I am a bit addicted to Myspace!"

Publicist Scott Hoover cited Jenna's Myspace popularity as further evidence of her crossover success. In 2006, the arrival of Jameson's AVN-nominated directorial debut Provocateur was heralded by a billboard in Times Square. Earlier this month, she appeared alongside ex-child star Danny Bonaduce as a presenter on VH1's Big in '06 Awards broadcast.

"I get requests from fans as well as business opportunities and just normal everyday people who just want to say "Hi!" Jameson added. "There are many sites online that try to do the same thing as Myspace, but it is still the king of its domain."

This week, Jameson continues her campaign for world domination with magazine covers for the February edition of FHM UK and Stepping Out's special Year End issue. On stands today, Jameson's FHM UK appearance includes a new photo shoot by Antoine Verglas.

"We shot in an amazing estate in Beverly Hills," Jameson said of the FHM spread. "Antoine is an incredible artist - it was one of my favorite photo shoots ever."

Jenna will be appearing at the Club Jenna booth during the AEE Expo in Las Vegas, January 10th-13th, at the Sand Expo Center.
