Jasmin St. Claire, Vincent Pastore Star in Zombie Horror Flick

MULLICA TOWNSHIP, N.J.—Retired adult performer Jasmin St. Claire and The Sopranos star Vincent Pastore have signed on to star in a zombie horror flick being produced by New Jersey-based Graffiti Playhouse Productions, owned by director-actor-writer-producer Kevin Orosz, according to ShoreNewsToday.com.

Orosz, who will also appear in the film, told the site that Blood Lodge will not be your typical zombie horror movie.

"Blood Lodge is like Zombie Land meets Dazed and Confused mixed with the 1970s grindhouse movies,” he said. “A zombie attack happens in the fictional town of Ten Acres while a group of friends travel for a ski weekend. The group unites with other guests staying at the Ten Acres Lodge and tries to stay alive by fighting the zombies.”

Blood Lodge will begin production in March in Stowe, Vt. A benefit party for the production will take place Jan. 8. The event, "Zombies Invade the Pines," will be held at the Six Packs Pub in Mullica Township. General admission is $20, and $15 for those who come dressed in zombie costumes.

“Attendees will have a chance to meet the cast of the film, in addition to Joel Reed, director of the 1976 horror-exploitation film Blood Sucking Freaks, who is co-producing Blood Lodge,” reported ShoreNewsToday.

St. Claire retired from porn in 2000. In the interim years, she has established herself as a B-movie actress, appearing in such films as National Lampoon’s Dorm Daze 2 and Communication Breakdown. According to IMDB, this is her first appearance in a mainstream film since 2006.

Pastore, who became a household name as Salvatore 'Big Pussy' Bonpensiero in The Sopranos, has been working consistently since the HBO megahit ended in 2007 after eight years on the air. Pastore has at least five films he has appeared in as an actor in post-production for release in 2011. Blood Lodge would make it six.
