Marie Claire Plugs High-Tech Doc Johnson Vibe

The April issue of Marie Claire, a leading women’s lifestyle magazine, showcases Doc Johnson's Internet Enabled Rabbit as a cyber-controlled sex toy that allows users to "connect" via the Web.

The magazine notes that the Internet Enabled Rabbit "makes it possible for your boyfriend (or lucky stranger) to control your vibrator over the Internet" by logging on to Highjoy.com, Doc Johnson’s technology partner for the high-tech novelty.

"Women are much more likely to buy adult novelties that they’ve heard about from a trusted source – such as their favorite magazine," noted Chad Braverman, Doc Johnson’s manager of product development and licensing.

And with an impressive national circulation of 951,183, Marie Claire can certainly be considered a trusted source for many, many women.

The plug for the Internet Enabled Rabbit was part of special article on how the Web can enhance your sex life that also included adult DVD rental service Wanted List and sex writer and educator Violet Blue’s sex-themed podcast.

The April issue of Marie Claire is currently on stands.
