<i>Bizarro</i> Cartoonist to Discuss Censorship in Comics

Dan Piraro, acclaimed cartoonist of the award winning strip Bizarro will be live on the air at 7:05 a.m. Thursday with political comedian Will Durst and former mayor Willie Brown, on 960 AM “The Quake.”

Piraro will be discussing censorship in comics, a topic made extremely prevalent by the current events in the Middle East, on the SF-based progressive talk show "Keepin' It Real with Will & Willie."

Bizarro, Piraro’s comic strip, runs in over 200 nationally syndicated newspapers, but Piraro has also created some adult cartoons which have been featured in Playboy.
