Holly Sonders Launches Exposed Sportz

LOS ANGELES—Holly Sonders says “anything goes” when the whistle blows at Exposed Sportz—her new project featuring some of the world’s most notorious models squaring off.

The former Golf Channel and Fox Sports broadcaster tells AVN she is combining her experience in television with her passion for sports in the naughty league, where trending content creators, social media influencers and some of adult’s biggest names go toe-to-toe in various contests.

The games begin today at ExposedSportz.com.

“With my background as a sports broadcaster for 10 years I’m excited to bring my love of competition to the world in a different way,” Sonders says. “I have the hottest girlfriends and I love to make content and I thought of the most fun way to collaborate with them.”

Sonders left nothing to chance with the launch, shooting 50 events with more than 30 different models including A-listers such as CJ Sparxx, Tahlia Paris, Claudia Fijal, Kenzie Anne, Brunette Bunny and August AVN magazine cover girl, Alexis Fawx.

The first episode features the girls playing basketball and bowling, while other episodes find them getting down and dirty in tennis, golf, swimming, track and field, volleyball, boxing and skiing, among other popular sports.

But that’s not even the half of it, Sonders reveals.

“We thought about the audience,” Holly says. “We thought, what would they love to see?”

The competitions will also include a topless dunk tank; girls maneuvering through an inflatable obstacle course; oil wrestling in an octagon; Cornhole with breast implants; dildo diving—“like bobbing for apples”—and even mechanical penis riding.

“We wanted to see who could stay on it the longest,” Holly cracks.

“Everything we shoot is visually stimulating. … We learned quickly in the editing process that when they’re touching and interactive it’s better.”

The action gets as sexy as the girls want to make it, according to Holly.

“It varies depending on what the girls are up for,” she says. “We just ask for them to be topless minimum. There’s a lot of touching. They can be as naughty as they choose.”

The Exposed Sportz Commissioner says that at first she thought they’d be ending every contest with a definitive winner, but then she decided she didn’t want to stifle anyone’s creativity during the heat of competition.

“Sometimes a third girl will jump in or a fourth girl,” Holly says. “There are no hard rules except for it has to be fun and sexy. Sometimes it’s almost comical. We just want it to be a really fun experience. There’s no real storyline to follow.”

Sonders of course makes cameos, too.

“Sometimes I’ll pop in to just start up the events,” she reveals.

Rather than the ritual of touching gloves before a boxing match, Holly tells AVN that her league starts its contests with the “titty tap.”

“We recently added a referee,” she continues. “And we added commentators.”

Sonders & Co. also spared no expense with the production value of Exposed Sportz, recruiting a world-class team of videographers and photographers to capture the festivities.

Think "Wide World of Sports" meets "Girls Gone Wild" and "The Man Show."

“I know the photographers and videographers that these women love to work with,” Holly says. “We shoot the highest quality to video—beautiful skin, beautiful bodies. With the way it’s come together I couldn’t be more pleased.”

Sonders worked closely with Ashlee Krutzfeldt on the project, making her the creative director and lead photographer.

Better known as AJKPhotography, Krutzfeldt is an internationally published artist whose work has been featured in Playboy, FHM, Maxim, Penthouse and on Vixen.com, among others.

“She’s just been instrumental in this,” Holly tells AVN. “We met about four years ago and when I thought about doing this project I said ‘I gotta have her.’

“Girls love shooting with her. They’re so comfortable with her.”

Sonders explains that the editing of each event has been the key element to bringing the league to life. She already switched out her editors three times, pushing the launch date back as she fine-tunes the content.

“The editing of it is everything,” Holly reasons.

And Sonders would know.

The talented native of Marysville, Ohio—who went to Michigan State on a full golf scholarship—became the face of three different shows on NBC’s Golf Channel, starting with the long-running “Morning Drive” in 2011 when she was 21. Three years later, Sonders found herself also leading Golf Channel’s “School of Golf” and “Playing Lessons” before signing a contract with Fox Sports in 2015.

While at Fox, Sonders led the network’s USGA coverage alongside legendary pro Greg Norman; she also reported from the men’s and women’s U.S. Open Golf Championships. As her profile grew, Holly went on to appear on numerous Fox Sports’ college football and basketball telecasts alongside many of the top sports broadcasters in the country.

“I’m excited to use my TV background,” Sonders says. “I know what people want to see.”

Now Holly—whose boyfriend is Hall of Fame boxing legend Oscar De La Hoya—goes out of her way to give her talent the VIP treatment on the set of Exposed Sportz.

“We roll out the red carpet for them,” she says. “We give them hand-written notes with roses, custom outfits, bikinis. We make sure the day runs as smooth as possible.”

Holly says fans will pay a fee to join Exposed Sportz and receive access to exclusive events with their membership plan.

“We want to give incentives,” Sonders says. “We want everybody to be engaged. We’re going to offer a different flavor every single month and explain what each event is. Once you subscribe you’re not going to want to leave.”

Sonders says she’s been getting to know all the models she’s working with through social media since stepping away from Fox Sports.

“I’m truly surprised nobody ever thought of this,” she adds. “What makes it different is it’s created and run by women.

“If a man tried to do this it would come across different. This is women-owned and run and the girls come out of their shell more because of that.

“I don’t see anything else out there like it.”
