LOS ANGELES—Hailey Rose reveals that her new self-produced star showcase was inspired by actual events.
Titled All or Nothing, the two-hour movie from Hailey Rose Visuals features the energetic performer in all four sex scenes, including her first professional gangbang.
Her real-life partner Max Fills, Johnny Love and Nick Strokes did the honors.
“It kind of all came out of this true story that happened to me when I was in college,” Rose says.
She tells AVN that during her sophomore year she found a Tinder account that had three guys on it—and at first she thought the profile was a joke. After a series of messages with them, she not only discovered the account was real, but she banged all three guys at the same time.
“Since we didn’t have a good meeting place they all ended up fucking me in a classroom at my college,” Rose confesses. “So this happened in my personal life before I even considered starting porn.”
Rose explains that she knew the science building on campus was open all the time—even after-hours.
“So if it was at night no one was using the rooms,” Hailey recalls. “I was definitely in an age of exploration in my personal life. I was 19 at the time.
“So around 8 or 9 p.m. they picked me up in their car and then parked by the science building and we went inside. The classroom was actually a room we had a class in, so I was familiar with it.
“So I wanted to expand on that story for the feature film.”
Hailey and Max executive produced All or Nothing, which premiered on their creator platforms on Aug. 23 and will debut on AdultTime.com on Sept. 16.
The fast-rising stars began monetizing their OnlyFans content in November 2021; a year later in 2022, they did their first mainstream scene with Brazzers. Both have been on the way up ever since, earning 2024 AVN Awards nominations for Best New Starlet and Best Male Newcomer and carrying that momentum into this summer.
Rose and Fills hand-picked Love and Strokes to co-star in the movie that was shot over three days in late May and early June. Hailey—who did deep-throating, squirting and double vag in the gangbang—says she chose Strokes and Love because of their college look.
“We wanted them to look like they could be in a frat together,” Rose reasons. “These are guys I feel comfortable with and they get along with each other. The chemistry was super important.”
She continues, “I never shot a gangbang with so many male performers. I was told it went way smoother than it should have. We had no issues due to the casting of these guys.”
Fills tells AVN, “We were trying to find best young male talent in the nation and I genuinely think we’re some of the best male talent.”
Max and Hailey left nothing to chance with their choices for who would bring their vision to life, asking seasoned mainstream filmmaker Alias Anderson to call the shots for All or Nothing.
Anderson, who hails from New Zealand, has directed over two dozen films, documentaries, commercials and music videos. He has been working with the couple for the past two years shooting their content—even before they started doing mainstream porn. When he isn’t shooting for Hailey and Max, or other creators, he develops horror and sci-fi projects for his production company.
He brought on his longtime collaborator Jaxson Lens, a veteran Hollywood videographer, to be the director of photography.
Rose tells AVN All or Nothing is a drama that’s “more lighthearted.”
“It’s not supposed to be funny,” Rose says. “I’ve told this story many times on live streams and podcasts but I wanted to bring that to life. This felt true to real life. We kept the dialogue realistic and the wardrobe and settings realistic.”
Anderson adds, “We had to adapt the real story to the inherently short format.”
Hailey’s character pursues all three guys separately without them knowing about it, taking them on one by one before bringing them together for the “main event.”
“I wanted to do something that didn’t feel super porny,” Anderson says. “This was a real story and we are adapting it so it looks real and feels more like a film.”
Born and raised in Orange County, the 25-year-old Rose graduated with a degree in Biology and began working at a science museum teaching an after-school program for third- to fifth-graders before adult. She first dreamed about the possibilities of producing her own movie in 2023.
“It started as this little seed, but I never really imagined myself creating my own performer showcase,” Rose says. “We ended up making something that I am really proud of. All of the scenes are really incredible and I was performing at the top of my capabilities. So I’m excited to share this with my fans, especially the ones who’ve been around from the beginning.”
Hailey continues, “I’m really proud of what we could achieve the first time producing something on this scale with Max and I having zero experience—and a lot of that goes out to [Alias].”
“I’m super impressed with how this played out,” Fills says. “We brought this thing together so quickly and did this really professionally. I’ve shot 200 scenes at this point for a ton of companies and this is by far the most serious set I’ve been on.
“Everything went so smoothly.”
Anderson agrees.
“I feel great about what we did from a technical level,” he says. "I’m very excited to see what the fans think.”
